Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
The following inferences can be drawn based on the urine analysis report you have enclosed.
1. Urine colour is yellow and is normal.
2. Urine appearance should be clear and transparent, but is hazy. It could indicate presence of either infection or proteins.
3. Urine specific gravity is in normal range.
4. Urine pH should be acidic and is fine.
5. Urine microscopy is indicating presence of white blood cells (
leukocytes) and proteins.
6. Urine
glucose, nitrite,
bilirubin,
ketone bodies are negative and is fine.
7. Urobilinogein is normal.
8. Urine is positive for presence of blood.
With the positive findings of presence of WBCs, Proteins and Blood, it is indicative of infection of
urinary tract.
Hence, further evaluation has been indicated to go for urine culture and sensitivity, so that the cause could be found out and can be appropriately treated.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.
